I know this is obvious, but there are two things you could do:
1. Print out the scanned page from the lounge manual above.
2. Print out your itinerary via MMB. That should clearly show all lounge access linked to each appropriate flight
From now on I will have this page to hand on my phone. At the time I didn't frequent the FT forum!
