Does anyone have any experience with this hotel?

I have enough points to cover 7 nights at 35,000 a night all inclusive but I want to stay longer and the Oceanfront Suite isn't available at the CAA/AAA rate, so I may have to move rooms.

Friends and family rate at this hotel maybe? any advice would be appreciated. I heard they treat Platinum members pretty good
