HND is very good, if you are staying in central Tokyo.
NRT is bit far away from everything eventhough the NEX is fast.

You should also consider this option as transport from the Tokyo airports.
It takes you directly to your hotel and therefore it is easier. There are counters for tickets in the arrival lounges (after customs).
