I got this confirmed both in spoken and in written words by 2 different SAS employees. I had a booking OSL-CPH-BCN with a connection time of 40 minutes. They changed the OSL-CPH flight to land 15 minutes later, leaving me 25 minutes in CPH, after which they booked me to a different date, different time and via ARN instead (assuming I'd be ok with that). Despite my pleas about just traveling with hand luggage, being seated in the front of the cabin so no time loss when deplaning, being familiar with CPH, being an excellent runner (which is not true, but hey...), etc, the answer was that the minimum required time between the legs is 30 minutes, no exceptions: the system wouldn't allow a shorter connection, but does allow 30 minute connections in CPH. They weren't willing to reschedule the OSL-CPH flight either so it'd land 5 minutes earlier...
You may just try to call them and ask if they can fix this booking for you as the on line system doesn't allow you to.

The main reason JetTime puts Plus in the back of the cabin is that the ATR aircraft have their passenger entry in the back.
Furthermore I completely agree with you about the seat choice for Plus. The one opup I got this year went from 11F (indeed, without a seat in front of me) on a 736 to 2E. You probably understand my initial joy about this move. Free on-board breakfast with unlimited hot bread rolls made up a lot, though.
