JL F lounge at HND should be open by the time the OP goes to Tokyo so the issue of there being only Sakura lounge at HND isn't really relevant.
777-200 that operates HND is nicer on the K side as there is no traffic due to crew rest being located behind 2K (there is no 3K etc).
However, for leisure travellers the arrival time may not be suitable (it's good for business travellers as it allows a full day's work).
Note that HND is a business traffic heavy route and a lot of people ignore the food and go straight to sleep to maximise their rest.

There is nothing particularly fancy about the JL F lounge at NRT except perhaps for the rather large selection of liquors and the very hard working bartender, but JAL F lounge at HND is only temporarily closed for major refurbishment work and it should reopen by the time the OP goes to Tokyo.

From HND you fall victim to Tokyo's railway privatisation and the impossibly complex rail maps and interchanges.
It's always been very complex even before privatisation of national rail services.
I would not make a blanket recommendation to avoid the train from the airport altogether. It all depends on where you are going, as illustrated by an example of Four Seasons Marunouchi by someone.
In addition, not all trains from NRT has to drop you off at Tokyo station. There are NEX direct to Shinjuku, Shinagawa and other stations also, as well as other trains such as Keisei Skyliner.

The most noticeable difference is the screen quality. You will have a much nicer screen on NRT than to HND.
