Moto G LTE also has a slightly broader range of UMTS (3G) bands, and an SD card slot.

I don't know which UMTS bands are in use in India (it may vary by carrier), but if the 3G-only/non-US model (they sell both here) has the right UMTS bands, and you never plan to use it on T-Mobile here in the US, then it's worth saving the $20 (or $40 for the 8gb version.)
