Looks like they have finally fixed this problem. Reservations made on the AAA website are now instantly reflected on the Hertz website (the word GOLD is added right after the AAA website Hertz reservation #).

They also fixed another problem that has been going on for a few weeks where the weekly rate was being listed as the daily rate.
