Is that the Grand Suite King or Club King? I don't see a Grand Suite on their website. As it stands now, my reservation is for a Grand King.
I only asked via e-mail if I could use a DSU. They said an Diamond Suite upgrade would not be possible during my dates. I followed up asking which days were available as the call centre rep said availability was scattered. They're not responding as promptly now. I hope that they have some good news soon.
The Two Bedroom and Grand King Suite are available at Hyatt Daily Rate. Does that mean my chances of being upgraded are good? Thanks
