If you walk from T2 to International G, landslide, within the airport, you will walk right past T3 security. If it looks okay, you could go in there and use the airside bridge to I-G. If it looks like a long wait, you could keep walking to I-G. I'd be okay with a one-hour layover, but that is cutting it on the close side.
