Understood about the domestic F, but what about:

Outbound:
8.00am: JFK-->SFO (PS BusinessFirst) connecting to 16.05: SFO-->HNL (new Hawaii 777 BusinessFirst layout)
Return:
20.55: HNL-->SFO (new Hawaii 777 BusinessFirst layout) connecting to 7.05: SFO-JFK (PS BusinessFirst)

Ticket price = $1269 each + $250 upgrade copay + 45k miles
x2 = grand total of $3038 and 90k miles


You get PS Business for 6hrs each way and the new Hawaii 777 BusinessFirst for 5hrs each way and have a spare $2k to spend in Hawaii

....upgrades available on all those flights currently
