What percentage of rooms does Hilton label as "standard" for award redemptions?

I have been doing research to try to find out what percentage of rooms Hilton
labels as "standard" for awards purposes. I searched the forum for information but was not able to find anything that sheds light on this. There are plenty of complaints about the apparent lack of standard award availability but I am looking for real data.

In looking up a definition for standard I found: used or accepted as normal or average. For synonyms for I found: normal, usual, typical, stock, common, ordinary, customary. Based on this information I would expect that the majority of rooms would be "standard".

In looking for an award stay at one property I was offered 14 (yes fourteen!) different classes of rooms at inflated rates (multiples of the standard rate) but not a single "standard" room was available. I have addressed this directly with Hilton and the response was: "To confirm, we investigated and it looks like the hotel is simply sold out in terms of standard room inventory for most days during this high season. That’s why inventory is so limited and it doesn't appear that the hotel is manipulating inventory. It seems to me that Hilton does not understand the meaning of the word standard or has invented their own meaning."

Does anyone have insight into what percentage of rooms Hilton defines as "standard".
