I have faith though that they'll be expecting me and hopefully I won't have to ask for the Platinum perks.
That's the problem I'm facing too - and SPG online agents couldn't tell why. (However they can locate the missing bookings via some manual search.)
The hotel reservation department told me they have issues connecting to SPG... I have yet to see all my bookings
