I used a Bank of America ATM in the US today with my Canadian card. I noted the ATM was EMV enabled (AID and Application Label printed on the receipt). Even the card graphic on the screen to remove my card had a chip card displayed.

I also noted in-branch that there were Verifone MX925 terminals in front of each teller wicket.

Not sure what BoA's long term EMV plans are, but certainly with EMV ATMs and EMV terminals in-branch, they will have the infrastructure to support Offline PIN changes.
