You mean that trip to Corsica was 6 yrs ago

Brasserie Le Balzar as mentioned by Yahillwe above is OK for a group though I miss some items that they used to have on their menu - like museau but it seems that they have changed mgmt and done some renovations along the way. The sommelièr(e) that we had on our last visit last May was great. We must have tried at least 6 bottles before we settled on two for the appetizers and meals. According to hubby, their Tartare de Charolais is great and I do like their profiteroles
