Don't know why I didn't think of this, but the Droid Incredible 4G is not carrier/SIM locked. So theoretically I can just go to a TMO store and get a day pass as suggested and sign up for ISIS Serve that way. I'll try that route next. Guess I just saw the Verizon logo on the front and thought I was stuck.
