The point is to get the FREE 50 dollars a MONTH from Serve! To do that you want the cheapest plan for a MONTH! Now sure, you can get a day SIM - keep it for two days, and CREAM CVS for 50 bucks, but man that is crazy, but if you have the ability - go for it!
Otherwise, if you are a bit more level headed and desire to keep a normal relationship with your CVS cashiers, I have a month by month plan with TMobile for 30 bux. Has 100 minutes of talk and unlimited text and data till 3GB, at 4G after that it is 3G. Works GREAT for me (option is hidden at bottom of page):

You are paying monthly, which is not the cheapest.
If you want to maintain Isis and T-Mobile service, the cheapest option is $2 once for pay-by-the-day plan, $100 once for Gold member, and then $10 per year for pay-as-you-go plan in the long term.
