So I read the process in the wiki to switch from BB to serve but it went like this for me:

1. Closed BB.

2. 2 minutes later, opened Isis and added a serve account.

3. For serve I Used cell phone and full SS. No error messages. Account created.

4. Received confirmation email/ account opened as soon as I hit the link.

5. Went to Isis and serve card populated.

6. About an hour later (had a meeting) $15 showed up in the account.

I had no phone in, no documents, no confirmation of ID requested. (I did change my cell number from "mobile" to "home" in BB before I closed it.)

I see it's the usual 7-10 days to receive the plastic card. As I recall (a week or so back) someone said it was best to WAIT for plastic to arrive and activate it before making online loads to the account. For some reason this enabled the higher limits. Is that correct or did I make it up in a foggy slurry of serve thread reading? Because I've been all over this thing to make sure it set up correctly---which it did. I just don't want to screw it up at the last second.
