We wanted to do two high end sushi dinners in Tokyo - ideally they would have been Saito and Yoshitake. I'm waiting to see if we can get into Yoshitake, though I don't anticipate it being too difficult. Saito, unlikely if not impossible. Hopefully Sawada as a backup if Saito doesn't work out.
Then Hatsunezushi for lunch, and of course, we wouldn't miss Dai at Tsukiji!
just curious. why Dai? seems like a long line and lots of tourists. i was there this past june after purchasing some good size pieces of tuna and a few other things to slice up in my hotel room and honestly, i just did not get the massive line of people...oh well.
why not check out
