Both my SPG personal and biz are disabled now. I got an email that any transaction will be denied until I call the account manager...
What should I prepare or say to the account manager when she ask me about $500 charges every week (4 weeks total, 4 cards , separate transaction ) on both card ? Is it safe if I say it was gift cards for my relatives.
