I got my card on Monday, added my Chase Sapphire Preferred, loaded $200 from it yesterday, now today it's asking me to call customer service before I can load. I also was able to load $500 through Walmart's kiosk using a prepaid debit card as yesterday as well. I tried loading $100 from my debit card to test it, and that worked. What should I expect from Serve when I call him? I read that some people had issues adding their credit card, but this is after I've already made one successful load.
