Tried it a week ago, problem is that the CSR has to follow instructions on a sheet of paper. I bought 3 gift cards on 3 separate transaction. Got it right 1 out of 3. Bought $50 Lowes gift card to get $10 amex card. One of them didn't activated the amex correctly and the other transaction charged the full $60 (Lowes and amex). It was a nightmare to get it corrected. 30+ mins each.
