Row 10 has very good legroom, so it depends what's important to you.
I understand this type of aircraft has completed its refurb?? Our trip isn't till the end of next April so maybe other improvements could be made.
As the A330 refurbs were completed earlier this year, I would not expect too many additional changes.
If anyone is familiar with this aircraft on Delta and in particular Economy Comfort row-12, and, has traveled this route, I would welcome your comments so I know if we made a good choice.

Row 12 are standard EC seats.
