This is pretty spot on. One thing that would discourage me from booking on a 787 is if you are closer to the back of the E+ area (I say area because E+ doesn't have their own cabin), you will partially hear the lavatory flush (even with the door closed!). It is kind of annoying, and definitely more so if you happen to be sensitive to noise.
