Of course.

Another thing is, one does NOT need to always have a transferable card. One can park the UR pts at Freedom or Ink Cash for example. Then a month before one needs to transfer points, get the transferable card. We often go 6 months without any transferable card. This method would also mean one maximizes the time lapse needed for a second bonus.
