Just curious if they confirmed that your SPG number was still associated with the reservation? Platinum line is having the same issues with my reservation for next week. While they could find the new reservation, they could not see the SNA's being applied or that my SPG Account was even attached--nor could they attach it themselves.
They said, that it might be attached, and the SNA's might be applied--but no way to know until the hotel responds to their inquiry.
I'm also having a case directly with the hotel. Not only the numbers are changed, my name is truncated and my email address is messed up. Till now I only have 1 out of 3 bookings in my account.
