Please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you, as well as any confusion our programme change has made. I am pleased to advise your account has retained Elite tier status until August 2015.
We have recently implemented a change that more accurately allocates your Rollover Status Point earning to their original type of earn (Air New Zealand, other airline, or non-airline earn). Previously any Rollover Status Points were captured in one lump sum and added to your balance. With Status Points now split to their origin of earning has seen account balances change based on Status Points being rolled over that have not met the minimum requirement of 810 Status Points earned on Air New Zealand.
In order to make this difference clearer on your account we now display “live” Status Points on the left hand screen and Rollover Status Points on the bottom right hand of the screen as highlighted below.
