Wow! My experience connecting in IAH over the last 15+ years couldn't be more different! I have consistently received very good service from GAs, Club staff, restaurants, and shops in IAH. During the rare IRROPS that I have encounteed, the handling has been good. IME, IAH itself is usually not the cause of delays. The airport is clean, modern, easy to navigate, and has a wide variety of cuisine available. I wish I could say the same about every other airport that I transit.
