I flew MSP-AMS in 10A on an A330-300 a week ago. There is lots of legroom. I am around 5'3". When I stretched my legs straight out my feet were about 12" from the bulkhead wall.

There was some light from the galley, filtered by the curtain, which was drawn across the aisle most of the time; I used an eye mask. There was a certain amount of low level activity noise but not enough to bother me.
