have been twice again on the "classic" product on A346 on a middle console with a fully packed house. was travelling on an "A" class fare and asked for a few miles to compensate me for the old product. was told that at such a "cheap fare" that would not fly (in short, "if you travel on such a low fare you dont deserve better"). How can it take so long to put in some new seats?! looking at the Business Class thread it seems to be even worse there. Rubbish!
