At least since the last (late 2012) Finnair marketing changes, I have had R codes on both deep discount and discount economy. AA considers it full fare but it definitely is not (you might still get the points anyway :-) ). I have also had O on both deep and not-so-deep, but AA sees it deep.

Then L on deep discount (which AA considers discount), and M, N, Q and S on discount (which AA considers deep discount). So figures...
