Got a full refund at customer service by B gates. Because she read my ticket (which clearly states that EBS get one more bag than on the ticket. I also had the ATPCO doC linked above. And stressed that SK is marketing, and first, and most signifikant carrier.
Also the agent outside who claimed to be the boss was not even a supervisor (wrong colour shirt).
Also United gave me tsa pre check, but I never noticed - bummer!
I am not unlikely to get bumped from the sk flight IAD-CPH, but this time that would work well for me.
