Thanks - there were some posts I hadn't seen before. Looks like things are slowly getting better, but on the whole still a mixed bag.
We shall see - I was slightly shocked I was auto assigned EC, which one has no way of telling if it was due to status or just random. I can't see the seat map on KLM.com, and on DL all seats in coach are blocked.
DL is far from perfect, but sometimes I'm just amazed how random and inconsistent KL is, especially with seats (not just EC seats... any seats).
