Always the problem with "worth it" is that it's only possible for the interlocutor to provide the answer.

Having said that, $216 is a fare chunk of change and 20% of the fare. Schedule changes are unlikely so, to me, the answer would be definitely. And, after next year, you'd get full miles as I understand it.
