I was trying to book a last minute fight and kept getting error messages when I tried to use different payment methods. I then decided to just book using my points and went through paypal to pay the taxes and fees. My paypal order went through and I was taken back to the southwest airlines page but it was blank. At this point, I received a receipt from paypal and something came up that distracted me.

I realized a few minutes ago that I did not receive a confirmation from southwest. I couldn't find it online so I called reservations. She could not see anything on her end and couldn't even see that they deducted money from my paypal account. The flight went up in price after midnight because it is next monday.

is there anything I can do at this point? Will calling in the morning and speaking with a supervisor help? I told her that I had an email that was received at 10:56pm on 8/4 from paypal showing that I went through their system to purchase a flight but there was nothing that she could do. The flight was $133 and it is now $203.
