The absolute last Airtran 737 flight will probably be into PAE as a ferry.
WN is converting FL 737s as well as acquiring and converting other 737-700s available on the market, (which was part of the previously announced converting previous 737-700 orders to 737-800, delaying others to the 2017 arrival of 737-MAX)
