While this is true, it's also true that the lounges in BRU are absolutely nothing special, there won't be any food to speak of, and 5 hours in there will probably drive you nuts.
Assuming your inbound flight is well on time, I'd get on the bus or on the train and pop in town for a pack of fries and a beer. If you take the bus, get off in Schuman, stroll down Rue Froissart to Place Jourdan, get some fries at Antoine and sit at one of many bars with a beer.
Make sure you're back at the airport 2h before your second flight (I'd do 1h, but that's me) and you're golden.
