just to clarify, they can load their V/MC PPGCs to Kate/WMCS but they will likely be shutdown when loading online since PPGCs are NOT linked to a bank account. When loading via Kate, they just choose DEBIT when asked on the mode of payment. I have not linked a DC but to link a bank account, I was asked to verify 2 small deposits to prove ownership of the account.
