I am finding this to be kind of bizarre, but Delta is not allowing me to check-in online or on the mobile app stating that I must present the credit card I used to make my reservation at the airport.
There are a couple of factors that make me wonder why this is occurring:
- I am flying personally, and am a frequent flyer (GM)
- I have TSA Pre-Check
- It is a domestic flight
- Fare was paid for with my own Delta SkyMiles Amex
Anyone ever run into this problem?
Yes I had it on a trip I did in BE to Peru for my wife. I had to drive airport in MSP because DL claimed because of fraud in Peru that I had to. It was total complete BS as a DM using the same card all year (it was May) and I had already done $15K. It was VERY VERY annoying.
