Sorry for going OT - I am off to the US next month for my summer holiday, and will end in Arizona, flying back from PHX on BA 288 at 19:40. Can any of the seasoned PHX travellers recommend what time we should be arriving at the airport? Although we'll be in Club, I haven't found that to help much at US airports in the past, with check-in and security taking ridiculous times. Since PHX has so few international flights can we expect a speedier check-in?

And going VERY OT, the day of the flight back happens to be my partner's birthday. Anyone with experience in the area able to recommend someplace lovely and different for a surprise end of holiday/birthday lunch on the way to the airport?
