72-hour rule... Travel Insurance?
I'm flying to Australia with the in-laws. They are in their 70s. I know that DL's 72-hour rule will be in place since these are award tickets.

Has anyone ever taken travel insurance for skymiles tickets given the 72 hour rule? If so, what company? How to value them?
