A couple of years back halfway across the Atlantic on the way to DEN on a BA 777 I noticed that the Safety Card was for a 747! I decided to take it to the galley, it took the crew a few seconds to twig what the problem was, but it was taken off me and shortly later a pristine new 777 card was delivered to my seat.
