I took this route beginning of the year when I couldn't book the direct ORD-HKG and had to go through NRT.
The service is terrific and up to NH standards but the hard product is severely lacking, most of which is magnified by my knees grinding against the seat in front. Only saving grace was I had an aisle seat booked and could angle my leg towards the aisle after meal service.
