I'm not looking to get flamed...

I just was wanting to know if anyone else had any experience with getting GS this way. I can't possibly be the only UA flyer doing this. Last year I booked many R/T's just to buy the accelerator miles. I just found a faster and easier way to do it this year since I'm flying even more.
