I will be flying BA PHL/OTP (Bucharest) in a few weeks as PHL/LHR/OTP. I really don't want to check anything. I have flown many legs from LHR to various european airports with never a problem. I will have two bags which nominally meet the posted carry-on requirements; when the second is really full, it may be a close call.

How strict are BA currently? I will be flying in Economy Plus. Thanks.
