The sofa is not "convertible" but can be used as a sleeping bed if needed. A rollaway bed is always a better option if you want a better sleep.
I called to ask whether I could have breakfast in the restaurant, the hotel said no. I'm not too bothered as the quality of the food in lounge is good enough. Cooked to order eggs, taiwanes porridge, soya bean milk with dough fritters, bacon, smoked salmon, mushrooms / veggies, a variety of interesting breads and rolls, yoghurt, museli, fruits...more than sufficient IMHO.
