Rented a car beginning of July and nothing as of yet. Looked on Sixt and since two weeks ago it says that miles have gone to Iberia but not showing on my Plus accnt... Shall I get in touch or wait longer...?

I encountered a similar situation with Hertz/Iberia. It seems the holdups are at IB's end. However, after some pressure, got Hertz to chase it and the Avios appeared. Suggest you take it up again with Sixt which is what IB will tell you to do. My last Hertz rental was credited to IB within 4-5 days.
