Unfortunately I don't have a Chase business card so I don't get the 5 points/per at Staples. But looking at the UR mall, they are giving 4 points for shopping at Staple online. I would get that if I buy gift cards from Staples, through UR, right?

I just made a Nordstrom purchase on the UR mall. I'm thinking I could have first bought a Nordstrom gift card from Staple (through UR), then shopped Nordstrom (through UR) and paid with the gift card. Then I would have gotten 9 points/per dollar, plus the points for charging the original gift card. Would that have worked?
