There are waaaay too many good beach cafes and diners in the area to have breakfast at instead of the lounge.

Tammie's Corner House in particular is a very easy walk and a great place for a bite to eat.

Having stayed here a couple of years ago, the parking fee is very reasonable for the area and includes in/out privileges. I wouldn't count on being able to find street parking near the hotel, especially if you're staying on a weekend.

Yes, they did have some kind of arrangement with the neighboring gym, and IIRC it was 24 hours.
