AA4 today with 75k link in wiki. This is my fourth AA Exec and fifth HP from Citi in the last 6 months, probably about 10 HP total. This one was approved for the lowest CL yet at 5k, shifted some credit around to get above 7.5k (but not required for approval).
Oddly they were not able to "see" my first AA Exec card and after I (stupidly, in hindsight) asked him to move credit around from that card. He pulled it up after searching and my initial CL went down a couple thousand to 5k. Not sure why this happened but you may want to ask them which cards they can see before offering up one on your own for CL reallocations.
