For those who switched from Serve to ISIS Serve:
1- The Wiki says that it takes 7-10 business days to get the new Serve card. How long did it take for you?
DH closed his regular Serve account on a Saturday, applied through mobile Serve linked to ISIS wallet app on his phone and he got his physical card on Thursday so it took 5 days.
2- When you register with Serve ISIS, can you use the same exact info (email, address, phone number), or do you have to change some of those, i.e., new email? Hopefully it is the same info.
DH was adviced to use a different email addy and phone number by both verizon and serve CSRs. He did as instructed and succeeded in serve-isis set up. You can just set up another email addy and then once you're in, you can change your primary email to the one you frequently use. as to phone number, you have to use a different one or else you may get error message saying such number is already registered with them.
